Gerry,Thank you very much. It is so hard to get any information on your family when you don't know names of living relatives or how to contact them. My Dad is the only hope I have of getting any information about his side of the family. And I'm hoping he knows enough to give me a good head start. But he has distanced himself from my sister's and I since his mother passed away almost four years ago. I'm just hoping that he will help me as much as he can with my search. I know I'm not going to give up. I want to do this for my four children. I would like to trace both sides of my family and my husbands family back as far as I can and give the family history and tree to my children when they get married. My oldest is only 13 so I still have time to continue my search. It can be very frustrating when you have very little to go on and everything leads to a dead end. But I wont give up,this means to much to me. Thank you so much for your help. I will try and find other genealogy sites to post on. And if I find roots in Virginia,Kentucky,or Missouri I will let you know. You never know we may be related. Becky
