apellido Robelo

Mi apellido es Robelo y vivo en la ciudad de La Coruña, Región autonómica de Galicia, país España. Tenemos constancia de la existencia de antepasados nuestros al menos desde 1700 en mi ciudad. Durante nuestra historia ha cambiado sin motivo la B y la V de Robelo en las mismas personas. El origen del apellido dicen que es portugués. En España solo hay Robelos de nuestra familia. En Italia hay Robellos y en Portugal Rovelos y Rovalos. En Sudamérica parece ser mas frecuente porque en internet se habla constantemente de Robelos mexicanos y nicaragüenses.
En los años 50 un hermano de mi bisabuelo, Francisco Robelo Sánchez emigró a Sudamérica pero no sabemos nada de su paradero. Quizás tenga familia en algún pais
