Surnames

Hello,
I need to know if my firts surnames Santi (italian) is or not Sephardic, Santi is a variant of Santos (Spanish Jewish Convert). Santi convert to Christianity in 16th century. Moreover, Pereiro is my second surname of Galician origin and I want know if this surname has Sephardic roots, Pereiro is a derivative of Pereira (Spanish Jewish Convert). Pereiro convert to Christianity in 16th century.
Santi signify "saints" and Pereiro "pear tree". Tranks for your attention and I wait your reply.
