Subject: Pope Sisters

I was born and raised in Mobile Al and know of the Pope Sister from family and friends, specifically Eoline. She and her father ran a small luncheonette/bar in our neiborhood which I and most of the people in our community frequented at some point in the lives. My mother currently lives in Mobile Al. and knew the sisters in their youth. She is in her late 80's and remembers much but has difficulty immediately recalling names. The reason I accessed this site is because I had a lengthy conversation with my mother tonight and the sisters came up. My cousin was engaged to Eoline’s step daughter, also named Eoline. Not many people left who know what she knows. She doesn't access the internet or any mass media. If there is any interest in connecting her, let me know.

One of the Pope Sisters (Odile) from Mobile,Al. was my Mother she passed May 1,2009. What is your mothers name and what was your cousin name.

Go to Youtube and search for THE LIFE OF THE PARTY (1935). They were featured in this Little Rascals / Kabin Kids movie.
