Uriah Anderson

Mary, Yes, this is the same Uriah Anderson. He did settle in Emanuel Co Ga around 1798. Many Emanuel records have been destroyed, but there are some for him. Uriah went down to north Florida to fight in the Seminole War there, and took some of his sons with him, including Joseph, who was my 3great-grandfather. Joseph returned to Emanuel County,but Uriah and some of the family stayed in Florida. I descend from Joseph's son Arelzaman, and his daughter Elizabeth. Who are your Andersons?
