Charles Lois Paul / Joselito Lois Paul / Katie Paul

I'm looking for my adopted siblings who were all born in London England. My mother's name was Marie Maryse Paul.My brother Joselito Lois Paul was born in November 1984, registered in Westminster, London. He was fostered out to a family somewhere around London - MAYBE in Sussex.
Charles Lois Paul was born in February 1990 and registered in Hammersmith, London. Charles and my sister Katie were adopted by an American black Christian family and now live somewhere in the U.S. Katie was adopted first, between 1984 and 1990. Then the family returned to England to adopt Charles. They both have their adopted families name, of which we don't know.
There's a link on my website with a picture of Katie when she was younger. She would be around 21. Joselito would be around 24, and Charles would be around 18.
