looking for my BIRTH FATHER

I am 39 yrs and from Luton and looking for my Birth Father. I am not necessarily looking for a relationship with this person but would really like to know who I am and where I come from?

Is your name Andrew Bell, or Bob Perkins and did you know a Susan Grant of the Hockwell Ring area between 1965 and 1967.
