looking for birth mother & siblings?

i was born at lambeth hospital london,england.i was fostered from an early age,you used to come & visit me, until you adopted me out. i believe the last that was heard you were going to live in america with your fella. it has nearly been 40 years & even though the parents you chose for me, did a great job, i would like the oppurtunity to speak. i also would like to know if you have had any other children, if they do not know about me thats fine,i dont wish to put anybody in a situation they dont wish to be in. i just would like to see for myself where i came from, please
