meaning of the name

Hi there,
It is nice to know there are more Delena's in the world. I always thought I was the only one. My Dad named me, as my mum wanted to call me Davina but my dad didn't like it so he changed around to Delena.

I have always wanted to know what my name means, as I feel left out and always think that names are important. If anyone can tell me meaning of the name I would be most grateful if you would e-mail me and let me know.
