I want to find my biological father

I am 18 and have never once seen my father. I know his name and birth date, Owen David Mitchell 12/24/1942. The last place I know of where he was was Wales, Utah. I just want to be able to say Hi to him at least once. I also want to be able to meet the rest of my family, my brother Joel and my sisters Kathlene Florence and Ginger Marie. I have only seen pictures of them from 18 years ago. Please if anyone can help let me know. Thank You
