finding my sister

Hello,I am looking for my sister she was born in Charleston, WV in 1973 her birth parents are Dianne Metheny and Julian G Settle Jr.Her parents did not marry and her mother adopted her out to a adoption place but I do not know where,A of two years ago she was living in the Chicago,Illinios area but I do not know her name except I think her first name is Dawn. I waould love to find her and meet her not for anyreason but to get to know her and to let her know about her family because Julian is also my biological father. I would be very greatful if anyone has any info to help if you could just help me find her so I could tell her she has a brother and sister Thank You!
