Would love to tell my birth mom thank you.....

Please help me find the lady who gave me up for adoption, I would love to be able to tell her thank you. I was born June 6, 1965 in St Paul, Minnesota. Unfortunately I don't have much more information than that. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
