Betty Bates

I'm looking for my 1/2 brother, born to Betty Bates, sometime between 1940 and 1943. Mom died in 2001 and my Dad died this year, so no strings. I only want to know you are out there somewhere, and let you know you have a 1/2 sister. Please reply.
