I want to find my Cousin and my Aunt

I moved out here to California from Kansas and i left my dads side of the family behind. My uncle and my aunt soon divorced tearing me apart. Now i feel that my cousins are in foster care but i am not sure. The last time i saw them was in 1998 and then they lived in Coffeyville Kansas now i think they could live anywhere. Katrina and Katherine are my counsins names and my Aunts name is Tina I know where my uncle lives and His name is Glenn. All of their last names are Zimmer. If you have any information will you please please e mail me. My cousins are twins they could be about 20 maybe 21 now. They were everything i had and i miss them a great amount. I am 17 and when i left i was 11 so please help me find them i love them very much. I just want them to know i still care
