I'm looking for relatives with the last name Brown and Lottie

My grandfathers name was Baby Brown, D.O.B. August 10.1913. He passed away March 6, 2003 and I never meet his other children by marriage. His birth place was Batesville, MS. he retired from the Army and Navy, and he resided in Berkeley CA. until his death. His mothers name was Laura Brown and his fathers name was July Brown. Also, I've never meet my father's, father and the relatives related to him. My fathers name was Otis Lottie, D.O.B. April 22, 1935 and D.O.D. May 25, 1995. His mothers name was Willie Lee Bodie (Banks) and his fathers name was Stanford Lottie. His birth place was Widener, Ark. and he resided in Memphis, TN. until his death. My mothers name is Ernestine Brown Lottie. I've been told that I have a lot of relatives with the last name Brown in Decatur, IL. but, I don't know where to begin. I am seeking information for a sole purpose of meeting my relatives. I am forty, single, and I don't have any children. I am hoping to find out any information that could help me find my relatives...
