I have to find my father

My name is Delila Arnold, I am looking for my father. I have reasently found out that I have Cancer. I need to get in touch with my father to let him know. Even though her hasent tryed to get in touch with me i feel tha he sould now about this. His name is Michael W Arnold, he lices somewhere in Georgia. Please if you know any thing about him or know where he is, or even have a number pleas contact me.
