Hi
I'm a decendant of Thomas Luker, my mothers maiden name, and we have a family tree that was put together quite a few years ago. It mentions Thomas and Princess Ann. It's not as clear as I would like it to be but it does have a lot of information.
Let me know.

I have been doing some searching and have hooked into the Luker line. It comes through my father's mother side which were White's. I am also related as I am sure many other people are as ther were 22 children from Thomas Luker and Mary Ann Rose. I have a birth date of Thomas around 1794 in Toms River NJ. It seems in that line many of the boys were called Thomas Luker. Facinating stuff. I did trace the line back to around 1650's and there is a indian princess named Ann. Any other info I would love to read!

GreetingsThere was a Gentleman in Tom's River NJ who had some wonderful web pages posted which seem to be no longer online. Thankfully I printed them out, and the seem to be pretty accurate. It goes from Tom and Princess MaryAnn through to 1810, unfortunatley it only lists the children of the person in each generation that he was related to. I will make this info available if anyone wants it. I am looking to fill in from 1764 to 1890 in my own line. Feel free to email me, maybe we can help each other.

Any info. on Cornelia Luker would be appreciated. I suspect she came from N.J. and went west to Fayette or Westmoreland, Pa. She was born 23 Oct 1791 and died 12 May 1870. The area she lived in was early called, "Jersey Settlement." Buried, Salem Baptist Church, Rostraver, Westmoreland, Pa. Thanks!

I am a relative of Tom Luker and ironically it comes from both sides of my family mother and father who were both related to the Whites. One name I heard mentioned pretty much when the family discussed was a lady they all called Aunt Amy. The graveyard on route 37 outside Lakehurst and Whitesville have many of my relatives. I have been in the military for 23 yrs and haven't done much research but I do look to see what is posted from time to time. My great grandmom's name was Viola White she married Charles Ambrose Clark originally from Pennsylvania. Lived in Lakehurst

I have also traced my roots possibly back to a Thomas Luker and I have been told forever that I was part Native American, but could never prove it. My grandfather's name is Russell Luker and he was born in Middle Township in 1931. His Father is Charles Pittman Luker and his mother is Sarah Horn (I've had no luck finding anything about her).If the rest of my search is right from Charles Pittman Luker, the Luker lines goes: Charles Pittman Luker (Sr.) Barzillai Luker, Thomas Luker. I would love to share notes with anybody who is on this same journey.
Thanks, Kim

The Thomas Luker to whom you refer (commonly called "Ol' Tom," "Tom 'Pumha,'" and even "Tom River," is one of my ancestors. The oldest Luker I can find in my line to date. My grandfather has kept pretty good track of his line. In fact, we even have a poem that Tom started called "The Luker Poem of Life." Other Lukers have added to it over the generations, my grandfather being the last contributor. If you would like any further information, I'd be happy to assist in whatever way I can. Though I may not be able to help myself, my grandfather would love to, I'm sure.
If anyone has any information above Tom in their possession, I'd appreciate some sharing there as well.
