Angelikas alias "Vourvas" from Alatsata

My wife, Angeliki Lascaris Georgiou, is the oldest grand-daughter of Thoma Angelikas (whose paratsoukli was Vourvas), married to Sophia Bilmexis. Sophia left Alatsata in 1920 and after a brief stay in Athens, went to Cairo/Egypt with her sister, who married with an Epitropakis there. Thomas imigrated to the USA and eventually became a farmer in Kittery/Maine. The brother Steve of Sophia Belmezis introduced her to Thoma Angelikas, and that is how Thoma and Sophia got married. Sophia's sister Meropi became a nun at Aghios Minas in Chios, where she died in the 1980s. Part of the Angelikas family is known to have moved to the Pireous area as refugees.

My wife would be very grateful to anyone who might be able to help her trace members of her family that were scattered by the catastrophe of Asia Minor.
