Roll number

I am looking for my family roll number for Nannie and Richard Plmer or Parmer....I have been told that theye were part Choctaw.....I did find out that Nannie was born arount 1857 and lived in McCurtain,OK in 1910.....could not find them in the Final Roll Index.....what do I do now?????
