roll numbers

hopefully if you are not of african desend you will have a better chance of getting your roll number through your tribe but if you are of african and indian then they will give you hell because youre black they will call you a freedman and say that you do not have citizenship rights.my family is going before the supreme court because they were not allowed to address the tribal counsel
