People we Hispanics trust to much . We are being rip Off by
Companies that say they will help out . There are other way sof getting a Birth Certificate with out having to pay all that money . I went to the Mexican Consulado in Houston . Can you belive this man would make copys for you for 1$ a paper come on.Poor peple that are so desperate to go in and have everything done. That is Sad that our own people ar etreating us like that .
