Significado de Denia

Denia (en valenciano/catalán, Dénia) es una ciudad de la Comunidad Valenciana (España) situada en la costa norte de la provincia de Alicante. Se trata de la capital de la comarca de la Marina Alta, también conocida parte de ella como "Marquesado de Denia". Cuenta con 42.704 habitantes (INE 2007).
