i need my birthcertificate

I was born in mexico and crossed the border when i was barely a week old my dad made my mom stay in mexico and have her baby (me). i wasn't supposed to be born there. but now that i am 18 i can't get a i.d card or drivers licence i need to know how i can go about gettting my birthcertificate so if anyone can help me on that email me at BABYGIRL2118@aol.com

PLEASE I NEED MY BIRTHCERTIFICATE!!!!!
