looking for Albert Hughes

I am researching into the wearabouts of an Albert Hughes, he is my mums eldest brother who would possibly in his 70's by now. He was in the army and was stationed in germany were he married and never returned, a very long time ago. He lived in chester and had 10 brothers and sisters of which he was the eldest. My mums name is Maureen, does anyone know his whereabouts or how he is? If you have any information please contact me thanks.
