Gladden Family

Hi Wendy,
This is your Uncle Sal - Glad to hear from you. My mother's maiden name was "Goins" not Murphy. Her sister Ceanie Goins Murphy probably had you confused. She lived in Norwalk Conn and died in 1983 (I think). Her husband, James, preceeded her in death. My father was born in Ridgeway SC to the Eli & Nannie Gladden union. His brothers, James & John (twins), Talmadge, Theodore & Willie along with sisters Eliza & Daisy are all dead now. My uncle Theodore had children in the Baltimore area. One was named Peter whom I met years ago & Benjamin. He also had a daughter. His wife was named Essie(I think). Haven't heard from any of them as yet.
