Subject: How To Get a Birth Certificate From Spain

Hi, I'm hoping someone will be able to help me out, or at least point me in the right direction. I am interested in getting a copy of my Paternal Grandfather's birth certificate. He was born in Luarca (Asturias) Spain in 1878. I was given an address to write, but it turned out not to be the correct place. Unfortunately, they were not very helpful, and did not give me another source to write for this document.

If someone out there knows who & where to write or contact for this information, Please Advise me. Thank you so much!
