wanting to find out more information about my heritage...my grandmother HELEN LOUISE was the daughter of CHARLES ESTEP who died in San Luis Obispo, CA in the early 70's. Grandma was from Richmond, Charleston areas of W. Virginia.Any other information would be nice...I have accessed some other public records information ..but I'd like more.....
