I am trying to document the ancestry from Abraham Creson (Cresson) back to Joshua Creson Jr. > Joshua Creson Sr.> Pierre Cresson, born ca 1610 of Picardy, died after 1677 at Staten Island, New York.

Joshua Creson Sr. baptized 8 June 1658, died before 1690 Staten Island, New York, married Aleyte Geresetgen died Hunterdon, N.J. They had son Joshua Jr. born between 1680 and 1690 and Elizabeth who married Peter LaRue. Aleyte had married (2) to Abraham LaRue as his second wife.

Joshua Creson Jr. married Catherine Browder 24 Sep 1710 at Bucks Co., PA and died after 1750 at Henrico Co., VA. They had children: John, Abraham born ca 1720, and Aleytee. Abraham moved to Surry Co., NC, dying there about 1791

Did you ever find the information on the Creson family?
I know some things about them through my family tree research. My great great great grandmother was a Creson, married to a Kelly, which is my lineage.
