half brother

hi i am looking for my half brother who i have never met before. i am 16 and 7months old my half brothers name is jacob micheal harris and my dad and his dad is adam christopher harris aged 45-46 years old and he also has a half sister too called rhiannon laura-may harris aged 20 years old. plse help me find him. thank you from liam mitchell harris
