Boyfriends father

I'm looking for my boyfriends father, his name is Robert James George Brown. The last time my boyfriend saw him was in 1989 this was in Kent. Robert, we think was born in Woolich, Charlton, and he was born in 1960. My boyfriend would like to know if he is still in England or any where close to Hastings. If any one knows of anyone by the name of Robert James George brown it would be a great help. Please get back in contact with me by sending me a replying email.
