Freedom Papers

I found a Freedom Paper document in the parking lot where I work. It was sheathed in a clear cover. I inquired at the nearby businesses and left contact information if anyone came to retieve them. After 30 days and no response I brought the paper home and framed it. The person to whom the papers belonged was 12 years old at the time the papers were awarded. If anyone is looking for these papers please contact me at the email address above.
