First of all, I'd like to introduce our Team USA 'SPOTLIGHT' Chat for the month~~~

HOST GFS Shirley has been hosting the MINNESOTA/WISCONSIN State SIG for years now on Sunday nights, from 9-10:00 PM ET, in the Root Cellar chat room. She has extensive knowledge of St. Louis County, MN and a well-rounded array of resources to aid the visitor to this special chat. It's a small, friendly group of chatters, so a lot of genealogy can be accomplished in this hour, you just have to show up with your surnames and questions in hand.

We have exciting news about one of our well established chats. We used to call this chat the Mid-Western US Chat, and now, with a new state lineup and a new name to go along with that, please welcome the GREAT LAKES US Chat. This chat covers the states of IA, IL, IN, MI, MO, MN, OH, and WI and meets every Monday night, from 10-11:00 PM ET, in the Ancestral Digs chat room, with your hosts, HOST GFS Nance and HOST GFS bud. Please stop by and say Hello!

Another name change and several individual State SIG's have combined to form CENTRAL HEARTLAND'S US Chat, covering the states of AR, KS, MO, NE, and TX (and soon, ND, OK, and SD). Come, bring your friends and research these prairie states with your hosts, HOST GFS Merle and HOST GFS DdH2, every Thursday night, from 7-8:00 PM ET, in the Root Cellar chat room.

The NORTH CAROLINA and SOUTH CAROLINA State SIG's have decided to combine into one chat, with extended hours, every Monday night, from 7-9:00 PM ET, in the Root Cellar chat room. HOST GFS Felicia will be waiting to help you unravel some of those Carolina mysteries in your genealogical research. :)
