I think we all have had a chance combination of events that has lead us to find something interesting or important about our ancestors. The unrelated book that just happens to fall open to just the right page, or the chance remark that opens the doors to mounds of information. Probably the dean of this type of information is the noted genealogist, actor, lecturer and author, Henry Z. Jones. Henry has written several books on the subject of "Psychic Roots" and has lectured extensively on the subject. He tells how he daily receives hundreds of letters from people that have had these experiences. So it is not just you or me but thousands of researchers that this has happened to. People say there are no ghosts but I look at the proof and know that at least my long dead ancestors are leading me to the their history.
