SIGNATURE LINES

Have you ever seen someone that signs their name on an e-mail with a couple of lines in addition to their name, maybe a quote they like to use or the address to their home page? I used to think they had to type it in every time but you can do it automatically. You can even have a couple of different signature lines and select the one you want to use for that particular e-mail. Here is an example of one of my signature lines:

HOST GFS Hope
»«§§°°§@§°°§§»«

1) Click on Mail Center
2) Click on Set up Mail Signature
3) Click on Create
4) In the Signature Name box give your signatue a name (ie, Hope1)
5) Tab (or move your cursor) to the Signature Box
6) Type in whatever you want your signature to be (you can change the font, size, color, alignment, or pull in a site if you want it to be part of your signature.
7) When you have it as you want it, click on OK
8) This will take you back to your Set Up Signature screen. You can click on the Default On/Off button if you want to make this your default signature that will automatically appear whenever you write an email. Or you can elect to select the signature line from the Write Mail screen. You can also create additional signature lines, giving each one a unique name, and then select one to be the default or just elect to choose the one you want with each individual e-mail.

If anyone has any questions about this, or suggestions for something they would like explained in this spot, please let me know and if I have the answer to your query I'll be more than happy to address it.
