Jersey Historical Society Gets
1930 Census

For
those researchers interested, The
New Jersey Historical Society
purchased and received copies of
the complete 1930 census for the
Garden State earlier this week.
We also have on order the
published microfilm catalog to
the census, along with the film
copy of the descriptions of the
census enumeration districts for
1830-1890, 1910-1950 (Microfilm
#T1224), and the 1930 census of
Merchant Seamen from NJ
(Microfilm #M1932) from the
National Archives as well. We
should receive those items
soon.
I'll
will try and post to this list
new collections the library
obtains as we acquire them in
order to keep everyone
informed.
