Surname
Given name
Church or place of ceremony
Approximate date
Type of record (baptism, marriage or funeral)

If an exact date or church is not known, detailed information such as parents' names, birth dates of first children, New Orleans address, name of the priest who performed the marriage, etc., is very helpful. Fees must accompany all requests, according to the schedule below. Exact fees should be included, as the Archives does not provide refunds.
