From The Top

Well we have come to the end of another year. I hope you were able to fill in many of your holes in your family tree and I hope we were able to help. During teh holiday season you must not forget to sit down with your loved ones and find out what they can remember and then write it down.

I wish I had a nickle for every person that has come to me and said, I wish I had asked Aunt Hope or Uncle Don more questions about his life before he passed away or even worse, he developed one of the many diseases that effect your memory. I asked my 60 year old brother the other day where he slept at age 5 in the old house, he couldn't remember. As we grow older, we forget things, and you don't have to be 95 to have senior moments.

So take this opportunity to gather things from all your relatives as you see them this holiday season and tell them you love them while they are still alive and can remember it.
