In
the early days of the Genealogy
Forum we had one chat a month on
Thursday nights. Thursday was
one of those nights when it
appeared that people stayed in
and worked on their genealogy.
Through the years we have been
very lucky to maintain some of
our best people for this popular
night. The General Genalogy
chats today take place in the
Treehouse conference room and if
you visit there you will find one
of the most thoughtful, kindest,
and most knowledgeable of our
staff manning the 8-10 PM
(eastern time) general chat.

has been with us for about 2.5
years now and has proved herself
to be a great host. For all her
outstanding work in the Genealogy
Forum I am proud to give Host GFS
