Sour Cream & Pecan Pie

Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/4 cups pecan halves

Directions:

In a medium bowl beat eggs well, stir in sour cream. Add corn syrup, vanilla and sugar, salt and butter. Mix well. Stip in pecans. Pour into unbaked 9 in pastry shell. Makes one pie. Bake at 400º for 30-35 minutes.
