OATMEAL CRISPS
Ingredients:
1 c. margarine
1 1/8 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. oats
1 c. raisins or nuts
Directions:
Place margarine, eggs, vanilla and sugar in food processor and
blend. Add flour, oats, raisins, soda and salt (add 1/8 cup milk if
batter is too thick).
Spoon by tablespoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees
for 10 minutes. Also can be formed into a roll, chilled, sliced 1/4 inch and baked.
