Bread Pudding


Ingredients:
bread cut into cubes or just torn into pieces
4 eggs
raisins
3/4 cup sugar
dash of salt
dash of nutmeg
3 cups milk

Directions:
Fill casserole with bread crumbs. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over bread so it is covered (if not add a little more milk).
Bake at 350 degree until custard is firm.
