How do I download?

To learn more about downloading and unzipping, you can go to a special help area here online. To get to that area, look at the top of your screen and click on the words, "Go To." Then click on "Keyword..." A box will come up. Type in the words "Download Help" Downloading on AOL (no quotes) and click on the GO button. You will go to a customer service technical help area. Spend as much time as you need there. In this area are many helpful text files about downloading. After reading these files, if you still have questions about downloading, you can go to the keyword of TECH LIVE to talk to an actual online counselor or let us in the Genealogy Forum know and we would be glad to help.
