Palmer, Ph.D., 878 Wildwood Trail, Santa Rosa, CA 95409, tel 707-538-0252, including surnames of descendants of Matthew Davis b ca 1760 NC who m Frances Mabry (Madry) and descendants of James Scates (Skates, Schaets). Both Matthew Davis and James Scates fought in the American Revolutions. Others MS families include Harrisons, Barners, McClures of Hinds Co, MS, The Davis family migrated to Hinds Co, MS, ca 1860 from Alabama.
